Restaurant Operations Manager – Kasa e Khaas
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad
Restaurant: Kasa e Khaas
Kasa e Khaas is a culture-inspired restaurant offering authentic flavors in an elegant traditional setting. We focus on quality food, warm hospitality, refined ambience, and memorable dining experiences.
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain standards, and coordinate effectively with the owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen and service teams
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, service, and operational standards
- Train and develop restaurant staff
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Manage inventory, scheduling, expenses, and daily reporting
- Implement and maintain restaurant SOPs
- Make sound operational decisions independently
- Coordinate regularly with owners and execute management directions
Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Fine dining or Continental restaurant experience in Islamabad/Rawalpindi preferred
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong staff training and development ability
- Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, organized, trustworthy, and proactive
- Ability to run daily operations with minimal supervision
- Comfortable coordinating with owners remotely
Exceptional fresh Business/Management graduates with strong leadership potential and a genuine interest in hospitality may also apply. Suitable candidates may be considered for a management development/trainee track.
