Shawarma Stop is looking for a responsible, experienced, and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Supervise and lead restaurant staff.
Prepare and manage staff schedules.
Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock management.
Monitor sales and operational performance.
Maintain food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
Handle customer concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Motivate and train staff to improve overall performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, and sales.
Responsible, organized, and problem-solving attitude.
