Description
We are seeking a versatile, highly organized, and tech-savvy Research Analyst for financial and academic research, and digital marketing operations. This is a flexible, hybrid role that allows you to work mostly from home, provided strict deadlines and project milestones are consistently met.
This is a weekly paid position offering a salary between PKR 5,000 to 7,500 per week, depending on experience and skills. While the role offers flexible work-from-home timings, performance is strictly evaluated on a weekly basis; consistent, high-quality work and meeting deadlines can lead to a long-term contract and potential wage increases, whereas failure to meet performance standards may result in immediate termination at any week.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records.
Report Writing & Documentation: Draft, proofread, and format clear professional reports, summaries, and correspondence.
Remote Tech & Operations: Utilize remote desktop software (e. g. , AnyDesk) to manage files, oversee system tasks, and perform financial analysis. .
General Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, organize digital files, conduct desk research, and manage executive tasks as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:
Communication: Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using remote tools like AnyDesk.
AI & Tech Literacy: Experience with or eagerness to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to streamline workflows and draft content.
Domain Knowledge: Foundational background or understanding of Finance, Bookkeeping, and eCommerce operations.
Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills, high attention to detail, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under strict deadlines.
