Job Summary
We are hiring a competent and result-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to manage complete site execution of construction and renovation projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quantity survey, costing, budgeting, labor arrangement, and overall project control to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision
* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
* Ensure work execution as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications
* Monitor progress and maintain daily site activity reports
* Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards
Survey & Quantity Control
* Conduct site surveys and measurements
* Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings
* Verify executed quantities for billing
* Assist in preparation and evaluation of BOQs
Costing & Budget Control
* Prepare project costing and rate analysis
* Assist in budgeting and cost planning
* Monitor material consumption and control wastage
* Track project expenses and ensure execution within approved budget
Labor Management
* Arrange skilled and unskilled labor as per project requirement
* Supervise and handle labor teams efficiently
* Monitor labor productivity and attendance
* Resolve site-level labor issues professionally
Procurement & Coordination
* Prepare material requisitions
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
* Ensure timely availability of materials at site
Reporting & Compliance
* Submit weekly and monthly progress reports
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and management
* Ensure site safety standards are followed
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or DAE in Civil Engineering
* 3–7 years of relevant experience (renovation/interior projects preferred)
* Strong understanding of BOQ, estimation, and rate analysis
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* Proficient in MS Excel
