Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our team! As a Customer Support Agent, you'll provide top-notch support to our customers, resolving their queries and issues with Octo Cutting Machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via whatsapp messages and calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with Octo Cutting Machines
- Provide product information and training to customers
- Document customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with customer support software (e. g. , Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Knowledge of cutting machines or manufacturing industry (advantageous)
