About The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and creative WordPress & Shopify Website Developer to join our production team. You will specialize in building visually compelling, fully functional websites using WordPress and Shopify platforms. Your expertise in page builders and keen design eye will be essential in crafting websites that are both beautiful and effective. With clients spanning multiple industries, you'll need to adapt to different brand styles while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
This is an on-site role based in our Karachi Office:
F3/3, Forum Street, Block 9 Clifton, Karachi, Sindh, 75600.
We are a North American Company working a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM PST.
Salary Range: PKR 70,000 - PKR 100,000 per month (Based on experience and efficiency)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build, customize, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites using WordPress and Shopify.
Expertly use Elementor Pro to create custom layouts, advanced designs, and dynamic content sections.
Customize Shopify themes using built-in editors and trusted apps to meet client specifications.
Implement custom styling and visual enhancements to achieve pixel-perfect design outcomes.
Integrate necessary plugins, apps, payment systems, and third-party tools.
Ensure websites are optimized for performance, mobile responsiveness, and basic SEO.
Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring creative concepts to life within the platform.
Troubleshoot, update, and maintain websites as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing websites on WordPress and Shopify.
Strong expertise in Elementor Pro, able to build sophisticated, custom websites primarily using Elementor. A portfolio demonstrating this is required.
Excellent design sense, a sharp eye for layout, typography, color, and modern web aesthetics. Ability to translate design mockups into live websites with precision.
Ability to implement custom design adjustments and functional enhancements using appropriate tools and methods.
Familiarity with the WordPress and Shopify ecosystems, including themes, plugins, apps, and hosting management.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to find efficient, platform-native solutions.
Strong time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Media Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates with 3+ years of proven experience and a strong portfolio may apply even without the listed degree.
Ideal to have prior agency experience.
