The Role
This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity for someone who is not only experienced in WordPress development but also has an eye for UX/UI design and a good grasp of digital marketing principles. You’ll be working on a variety of projects, from business websites to eCommerce platforms, landing pages, and more.
What You’ll Do
Develop, customise, and maintain WordPress websites.
Apply strong UX/UI skills to create user-friendly, modern designs.
Customise themes, plugins, and handle responsive layouts.
Use basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) when required.
Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align design and functionality with campaign goals.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in WordPress development (please share your portfolio).
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
Comfortable with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc. ).
Basic coding knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly.
Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, conversion optimisation, or similar) is a strong plus.
Bonus Skills
WooCommerce / membership websites.
Familiarity with tools like Figma/Adobe XD.
Prior agency or freelance experience.
