We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our team on a remote, commission-only basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact businesses across the United States and promote our AI-powered chatbot solutions designed to improve customer engagement, automate support, and increase sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses in the USA
Introduce and pitch AI chatbot solutions to decision-makers
Identify client needs and present tailored chatbot solutions
Handle objections professionally and confidently
Schedule demos or close deals directly
Maintain accurate records of calls and prospects
Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales (B2B preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (neutral/accent-friendly)
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Compensation:
Commission-Based Only (No Fixed Salary)
