Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. If you have great communication skills, persistence, and a drive to close deals, this is the right role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily cold calls to potential business clients from provided lead lists.
Pitch our services effectively and identify client pain points.
Follow up consistently with prospects to push them through the sales funnel.
Book meetings/demos or close sales directly over the phone.
Maintain daily call logs and progress reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Cold Calling (1+ years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles.
Make 40 calls a day
What We Offer:
Base Salary: RS 15,000 / month
High Commission: 25% Commission per successfully closed deal!
Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
