Description
We are looking for a remote call center agent who can make outbound calls to a list of USA-based contacts provided daily. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills – fluency and confidence are a must.
Job Details:
Job Type: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Hours: Night shift (USA Time Zone)
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to US clients
Follow a basic script or instructions
Maintain clear and professional communication
Requirements:
Fluent in English (speaking and listening)
Confident and professional communication style
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
Training: Basic training will be provided
Payment: Monthly (Details will be discussed after the interview)
