Recruitment Manager – Overseas Employment
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
SBM International is looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our Pakistan recruitment operations for overseas manpower projects, primarily for Saudi Arabia.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years' experience in Human Resources & Overseas Recruitment
Strong knowledge of Pakistan overseas employment procedures
Experience in mass recruitment for GCC countries, especially Saudi Arabia
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to manage recruitment from sourcing to candidate mobilization
Familiarity with OEC/BEOE procedures, documentation, visa processing, and deployment
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage nationwide recruitment operations from the Rawalpindi office.
Plan and execute recruitment for overseas manpower projects.
Coordinate with the Saudi Arabia team on job orders, interviews, selections, and mobilization.
Supervise sourcing, screening, trade testing, documentation, and deployment teams.
Ensure compliance with overseas employment regulations and company standards.
Monitor recruitment progress, maintain candidate databases, and achieve hiring targets.
