We are looking for a responsible and well-mannered Receptionist to manage the front desk of our veterinary hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clients professionally, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records of payments and cash transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients visiting the veterinary hospital.
Handle client inquiries politely in person and on phone/WhatsApp.
Schedule and manage appointments for doctors and grooming services.
Maintain proper records of patients and client information.
Manage daily cash transactions, billing, and receipts.
Maintain a record of medicines, services, and payments.
Coordinate between clients, doctors, and grooming staff.
Ensure smooth front desk operations and maintain a professional environment.
