Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
Answer Phone Calls
Professionally handle and take client message and email it to respective Solicitor.
Taking details of new Clients and Emailing it provided Email Address (Name, Contact Type of
Enquiry)
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Social Media & YouTube Channel Manager Duties:
Manage the company's YouTube channel, including video content creation, editing, and
optimization.
Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media and YouTube
marketing.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with a British accent, both spoken and written. (Must)
Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles, with excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. (preferred)
Experience in creating and editing engaging video content for YouTube. (Preferred)
