Description
The Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ is powered by a Broadcom BCM2837B0 64-bit quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor running at 1.4 GHz, paired with 1 GB of LPDDR2 SDRAM and a VideoCore IV GPU. For connectivity, it features dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2/BLE, and Gigabit Ethernet over USB 2.0 (capped at 300 Mbps), with support for Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) via an external HAT. Its multimedia and expansion options include a full-size HDMI port, a 40-pin GPIO header, four USB 2.0 ports, MIPI CSI/DSI camera and display ports, and a MicroSD slot for storage. The credit card-sized board runs on a 5V/2.5A DC input via a micro-USB port or the GPIO pins.
