Description
Civil Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Required
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Civil Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience to manage cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, tendering, procurement, budgeting, and cost control for civil, interior, and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil, interior, and renovation projects.
Analyze drawings and specifications to calculate material quantities and project requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quantity takeoffs.
Keep updated with current construction market rates for accurate and competitive estimates.
Monitor project costs and control expenses to avoid budget overruns.
Prepare and review tender documents according to project requirements.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Conduct site visits to verify quantities, quality, specifications, and project progress.
Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Assist with negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Manage and guide a team of up to 15 members.
Assist in preparing interim payment applications and final accounts.
Ensure work follows company policies, construction standards, and safety requirements.
