Job Overview
FB Fasteners me ek strong QA/QC Manager / Quality Incharge chahiye jo factory ka quality system build kare, in-process aur final inspection ko control kare, aur rejection/scrap ko reduce karke OEM / export-level discipline enforce kare.
Key Responsibilities
• In-process + final inspection system implement & control
• Rejection control, sorting discipline, and root cause analysis (8D/5-Why)
• Incoming raw material inspection + traceability system
• Gauges / measuring tools control (vernier, micrometer, thread gauges, hardness checks etc. )
• Sampling plans, inspection records, and quality reporting (daily/weekly)
• Process control with production team (setup, thread defects, cracks, plating issues, etc. )
• Supplier quality follow-up (plating/heat treatment/jobwork if applicable)
• Documentation: SOPs, checklists, control plans, work instructions
Qualification Required
• BSc / BTech / BE in Mechanical / Industrial / Metallurgy OR
• DAE Mechanical with strong QA/QC manufacturing experience
• ISO 9001 / QA systems knowledge preferred (certification a plus)
Experience Required
• Minimum 3–7 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing
• Fasteners / forging / machining / thread rolling / heat treatment / plating experience preferred
• Strong understanding of defects, inspection methods, and discipline enforcement
Skills Needed
• Strict quality mindset + documentation habit
• Ability to stop rejection at source, not only sorting
• Team handling + communication with operators/supervisors
• Problem solving and continuous improvement attitude
