WE ARE HIRING – PROFESSIONAL PROJECT MANAGER Devsouls IT Services is looking for a highly organized, experienced, and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional who can independently manage multiple IT and digital marketing projects, coordinate teams, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain excellent communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, execute, and monitor multiple IT and digital marketing projects. * Manage and coordinate graphic designers, video editors, content writers, developers, and digital marketing teams. * Assign tasks, establish priorities, and monitor daily team performance. * Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Communicate professionally with clients regarding project requirements, progress, and deliverables. * Develop project timelines, schedules, workflows, and execution strategies. * Identify project risks, resolve operational challenges, and improve team productivity. * Conduct regular team meetings and monitor project milestones. * Prepare project progress reports and maintain proper documentation. * Ensure smooth coordination between management, clients, and internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Minimum 2–3 years of professional project management experience. * Strong understanding of IT services, digital marketing, and creative project workflows. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. * Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field preferred.
