Prepare and monitor production planning and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Lead, motivate, and supervise technical teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
