Job Summary
A leading business group is looking for a motivated Production Engineer to support the establishment and operation of a new Electric Two-Wheeler assembly facility in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and setting up the EV motorcycle/scooter assembly line.
- Coordinate installation, testing and commissioning of assembly equipment.
- Supervise CKD/SKD assembly operations and production activities.
- Work with Chinese suppliers for technical guidance, equipment and components.
- Develop production SOPs, quality checks and assembly procedures.
- Monitor production efficiency, manpower and material requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and production-related issues.
- Support product development, testing and quality improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in motorcycle, EV or automotive production/assembly.
- Knowledge of assembly processes, production planning and quality control.
- Basic understanding of EV motors, batteries, controllers and electrical systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to China for technical training, if required.
Salary: Market competitive, based on experience.
