Description
We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Procurement & Operations Executive to join our team. The main responsibility will be to source and handpick products from Shershah, negotiate with suppliers/warehouse owners, and support daily dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit Shershah markets/warehouses daily for procurement and handpicking.
* Handpick approximately 50–100 pieces during the first half of the day based on our required categories and quality standards.
* Explore and build relationships with the 250+ warehouses/suppliers operating in the market.
* Negotiate the best possible rates and purchasing terms.
* Continuously identify better suppliers and opportunities to reduce procurement costs.
* Maintain a database/record of suppliers, rates, products and quality.
* Identify a one-window supplier/sourcing solution where multiple product categories can be procured from a limited number of reliable suppliers.
* Understand market prices and keep track of changes in availability and rates.
* In the second half of the day, work from the office and assist with order dispatching, packing coordination and related operations.
* Coordinate with the team to ensure products are procured according to daily requirements.
* Develop long-term relationships with reliable suppliers and negotiate better rates as purchasing volumes increase.
Requirements
* Age 21–30 years.
* Energetic, active and comfortable with extensive market visits.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Willing to work in Shershah and physically inspect/handoff-pick products.
* Good understanding of prices, quality and market trends.
* Honest, responsible and able to work independently.
* Basic computer/Excel skills.
* Motorcycle and valid driving license preferred.
* Previous experience in procurement, wholesale markets, garments, thrift or clothing will be an advantage.

Someone who is street-smart, commercially minded and hungry to find better deals — not someone who simply purchases whatever is available.
The ideal candidate should gradually build a strong supplier network, understand where the best products and prices are available, and help us reduce procurement cost while improving product availability and quality.
