Description:
We are looking for a Procurement Manager for our restaurant who can efficiently manage purchasing and supplier coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
Procurement of raw materials and restaurant supplies
Dealing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers
Ensuring quality, cost control, and timely deliveries
Coordinating with kitchen staff regarding inventory and requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in procurement or purchasing (restaurant or food industry preferred)
Experience in kitchen operations, culinary field, or cooking is a plus
Culinary or cooking certification will be an added advantage
Good market knowledge and negotiation skills
Organized, responsible, and professional attitude
Working Schedule: Timings 4pm to 4am
6 days a week
1 day off (decided based on workload)
Dinner included
Salary Range:
PKR 30,000 – 45,000 (depending on experience)
Location:
Rafi Commercial, near Grand Mosque Bahria Town
