Job Title: Phone Operator
Location: 605-A, Block C, Faisal Town, Lahore
Department: Customer Support Department
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 40,000
Requirements:
Minimum Education: Intermediate / FA
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal communication and speaking skills.
Fluency in Urdu and English is required.
Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to relevant staff.
Provide callers with information regarding the organization, services, programs, and office hours.
Respond to routine inquiries and direct complex queries to the appropriate department.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing calls.
Ensure urgent messages are communicated promptly.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and forward them to the relevant department.
Support scheduling and appointment coordination as assigned.
Report telephone or communication system issues to the concerned department.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational and client information.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Immediate joiners (ASAP) will be preferred.
Language Requirement:
Fluent in English and Urdu.
