Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
• ROI Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to enhance ROI.
• Audience Targeting: Develop and implement audience targeting strategies to reach specific demographics and segments, ensuring campaigns are tailored to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, making data-driven decisions to allocate resources efficiently across various channels and campaigns.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements of campaigns, with the goal of improving conversion rates and overall performance.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimize landing pages and website elements to improve the overall conversion funnel.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketing landscape.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, SEO specialists, and data analysts, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving results through digital channels.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms are a plus.

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
