Description
We are looking for a skilled Vinyl Paster to join our signage and branding team. The candidate will be responsible for handling, cutting, and pasting vinyl graphics, stickers, and wraps on various surfaces such as glass, acrylic, vehicles, walls, and signboards, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and apply vinyl films, stickers, and graphics according to specifications.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper adhesion.
Install vinyl on different substrates including glass, ACP sheets, acrylic, and vehicles.
Operate related tools (heat gun, cutter, squeegee, measuring tape, etc. ).
Maintain accuracy and neatness in finishing, avoiding bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment.
Follow safety standards while working with adhesives and tools.
Collaborate with the production team to complete branding and signage projects on time.
Perform basic maintenance of vinyl application equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in vinyl pasting / signage installation.
Knowledge of different types of vinyl (cast, calendared, transparent, frosted, etc. ).
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions.
Strong attention to detail with an eye for finishing quality.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
Willingness to travel for site installations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with vehicle wrapping will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of digital printing and signage materials.
Team player with good communication skills.
