Perfect Scribes is seeking efficient, detail-oriented typists to join our team on a part-time basis. Typists will be responsible for accurately transcribing voice recordings into written formats, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the information processed.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe voice recordings with high accuracy and speed.
- Review transcriptions for any errors and make necessary corrections.
- Ensure the confidentiality and secure handling of all transcribed documents.
- Meet specific deadlines, particularly during the last five days and first two days of each calendar month.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify transcription requirements and deadlines.
### Work Schedule:
- This is a part-time, remote position requiring availability for the last five days and first two days of each calendar month.
- Flexibility in work hours, with the expectation to manage workload effectively during peak periods.
### Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is 20,000 to 40,000 PKR, depending on the volume of work completed.
- Payment will be processed monthly based on the tasks completed during the peak period.
### Requirements:
- Proven experience as a typist or data entry clerk.
- Fast typing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Must have access to a reliable computer and a stable internet connection.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
