Description
Key Responsibilities:
Paint walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces throughout the coworking space
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and repairing imperfections
Apply various types of paint, varnishes, finishes, and coatings
Maintain the overall look and feel of the space, in line with brand guidelines
Touch up high-traffic areas and carry out ongoing maintenance painting
Collaborate with the design/brand team for visual upgrades or custom artwork
Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas during and after painting
Maintain painting tools, materials, and equipment
