Hiring: Packaging & Product Designer
Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi
Employment Type: Full Time
We are looking for a Senior Packaging & Product Designer with strong experience in product packaging, labels, Amazon listing creatives, A+ Content, and brand visual identity.
The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of commercial packaging design and understand how designs are prepared for real-world printing and production, not just digital presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Label Design
Design professional and market-ready packaging for:
• Food & beverages
• Beauty & skincare
• Electronics
• Home & kitchen products
• Supplements & wellness products
Experience designing the following is highly preferred:
• Bottles
• Jars
• Stand-up pouches
• Wrap-around labels
• Stickers
• Small-format labels
• Boxes and cartons
• Various custom packaging formats
Dieline & Print Production
The candidate must have a strong understanding of:
• Packaging dielines
• Bleed, trim and safe areas
• CMYK and spot colors
• Print-ready artwork
• White ink and special printing requirements
• Finishes such as embossing, foil, varnish and spot UV
• Preparing files according to printer specifications
• Prepress and production requirements
Amazon & E-commerce Design
Experience creating high-quality e-commerce visuals, including:
• Amazon listing images
• Amazon A+ Content
• Product infographics
• Product feature graphics
• Lifestyle product compositions
• Website product graphics and banners
The designer should understand Amazon image requirements, visual hierarchy, conversion-focused layouts, and product presentation.
Brand Visual Identity
Brand identity experience is a secondary skill but a strong advantage.
Experience with:
• Brand books
• Brand guidelines
• Logo application systems
• Typography and color systems
• Packaging-based brand identity
• Creating consistent visual systems across multiple products
Requirements
• Strong professional portfolio with packaging and label design work
• Proven experience with physical product packaging
• Strong understanding of dielines and print production
• Excellent typography, layout and visual hierarchy skills
• Ability to create premium and commercially effective designs
• Ability to work across multiple product categories
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand client briefs and execute designs accurately
• Ability to prepare final production-ready files
Software
Adobe Creative Suite experience is required, especially:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
No Canva-based designers. We are looking for a professional designer with strong Adobe and print-production expertise.
What We Are Looking For
We need someone who can take a product from brief → concept → packaging design → dieline → print-ready artwork → Amazon/e-commerce presentation.
If you have strong packaging experience and can create designs that look premium, professional, commercially relevant, and production-ready, we would like to see your portfolio.
