C. Salary & Commission (Acknowledgement)
1. Base Salary Structure
Basic Base Salary: USD 800
Perfect Attendance Bonus: USD 200
2. Commission (With Base Salary)
First Line Staff: 2%
Second Line Staff: 5%
Third Line Staff: 4%
3. Commission (Without Base Salary)
First Line Staff: 3%
Second Line Staff: 6%
Third Line Staff: 5%
D. Performance & Conduct Clause
The company reserves the right to adjust an employee’s base salary and commission in cases of poor work performance or unsatisfactory work attitude.
E. Agency Fee Declaration
All agency fees related to this employment have been fully paid by the agent.
The employee agrees not to raise, dispute, or complain about agency fees during the contract period, and confirms this matter shall not affect job performance or employment relations.
F. Employee Benefits
1. Rest Days
oOne rest day every alternate Saturday (subject to company operational needs).
2. Employee Travel Benefit
oEmployees who complete more than 8 months of contract are eligible for 3–5 days of company-arranged travel.
oAfter completing the 4th month of employment, the company will arrange travel.
oTransportation, accommodation, and tourist attraction expenses will be fully paid by the company.
oTravel dates and schedules are arranged solely by the company.
3. Contract Completion Leave & Airfare
oUpon contract completion, employees are entitled to 15 days home leave (subject to company scheduling).
oThe company will subsidize round-trip airfare if the leave period is within 15 days.
oNo airfare subsidy will be provided if the leave exceeds 15 days.
4. Performance Incentives
oIf a single customer reaches the company’s required performance target, First, Second, and Third Line staff are eligible for performance bonuses.
oIf a single customer achieves USD 300,000 in sales, each line (First, Second, Third) will receive one iPhone 16 – Standard Edition.
