Description
We are hiring Outbound Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers in the U. S. for U. S. Energy Sales. Your primary focus will be on generating qualified leads, closing sales and driving conversions through persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the U. S.
Promote and enroll customers in U. S. energy savings program
Compensation:
Base Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000/month
Commission: Uncapped commission (earn significantly more based on your results)
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English (neutral or American accent preferred)
Previous experience in outbound sales or call centers is a plus
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
