We are looking for an energetic and responsible Order Taker to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Take customer orders through phone/WhatsApp
* Properly enter and confirm customer orders
* Communicate with customers professionally
* Coordinate orders with the relevant team
* Handle customer queries and follow-ups
* Maintain accurate order records
Requirements:
* Good communication skills
* Basic computer/mobile knowledge
* Customer dealing skills
* Previous order-taking or customer service experience is preferred
* Punctual and responsible
