Description
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Order Taker to join our fast-paced fast food outlet. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally while ensuring accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders accurately
Handle cash/card payments routing to Cashier
Answer customer queries about menu items and deals
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sitting area
Requirements:
Minimum Matric or equivalent education
Prior experience in a restaurant/fast food environment preferred
Good communication and basic math skills
Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
