Description
We are looking for a smart and responsible individual to join our e-commerce operations team. The selected person will handle daily order management and processing tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Confirmations – Calling / WhatsApp customers to confirm orders
• Shipper Advice – Coordinating with courier companies for dispatch & delivery follow-ups
• Order Processing – Preparing packing slips, dispatch lists, and updating status
• Inventory Management – Counting stock, updating spreadsheets, scanning barcodes, and managing returns
Requirements:
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, etc. )
• Good communication skills in Urdu (English is a plus)
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous e-commerce or call center experience is a plus (training will be provided)
PKR 15,000 – 20,000 / month (Probation Period)
depending on performance + bonuses for good work
