Hum apni online store team ke liye Order Confirmation Calling Executive hire kar rahe hain.
Job Responsibilities
Customers ko order confirmation ke liye call karna.
Customer se order details confirm karna.
Address, phone number aur product details verify karna.
Confirmed orders ko system/team mein update karna.
Cancelled ya doubtful orders ki report dena.
Customers ke sath politely aur professionally baat karna.
Daily assigned orders ko time par complete karna.
Requirements
Urdu/Hindi mein achi communication skills.
Basic English samajhne ki ability.
Confident aur polite communication.
Mobile/Computer ka basic knowledge.
Previous call center ya order confirmation experience preferred hai.
Fresh candidates bhi apply kar sakte hain.
Responsible aur hardworking hona zaroori hai.
