Description
We are looking for an active and responsible Order Confirmation Agent for our e-commerce business.
Job Responsibilities:
• Call customers to confirm their online orders
• Verify customer name, address & order details
• Update order status in the system
• Handle customer queries professionally on calls
• Reduce cancellations by proper communication
• Coordinate with internal team regarding order issues
• Maintain daily confirmation reports
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (English, Urdu)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in e-commerce order confirmation preferred
• Responsible and punctual
• Ability to handle multiple calls daily

Location: Karachi (Office Based)
