We are a leading player in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality products to our clients. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Order Booker on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the HoReCa sector.
Order Management: Take orders accurately from clients, ensuring all relevant details are recorded efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of our product range and be able to provide information to clients as required.
Sales Growth: Actively promote products to clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Order Tracking: Keep track of orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Documentation: Maintain proper records of orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the HoReCa sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic computer skills for order management and documentation.
Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
Residence in or near Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
