We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive – Back Office to support our UAE-based car rental operations from our Islamabad office. The selected candidate will play a key role in handling daily operational coordination, customer communication, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle back-office operations for car rental activities
• Communicate with customers professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Support call center activities and follow up on customer inquiries
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
• Data entry and record management using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Assist the operations team with daily coordination and task execution
Job Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in automobile industry
• Good English communication skills
• Call center experience will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Basic computer and office software knowledge
• Strong customer handling and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
