About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations and Delivery Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work across multiple departments—including Sales, Recruiting, Internal Operations, and Client Delivery—to support day-to-day execution of delegated tasks, ensure task visibility, and maintain smooth internal coordination. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires initiative, structure, and a hands-on approach to support activities across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Internal Coordination
Assist with onboarding logistics including VM provisioning, SharePoint access, and MFA reset coordination
Support access configuration for internal systems and tools
Track and follow up on internal access issues and system-related escalations
Coordinate with internal users to resolve login and usage problems for systems like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Maintain trackers for active support items and update task statuses regularly
Sales & RFP Support
Format and prepare proposal documents, SOWs, and licensing quotes
Assist in gathering and organizing credentials, timelines, and pricing inputs for proposals
Update RFP trackers and ensure timely submissions in coordination with the operations lead
Coordinate with licensing vendors and internal stakeholders for pricing and provisioning
Recruiting & Resource Support
Format consultant resumes for client submission
Support scheduling and logistics for interviews and onboarding
Draft and post job descriptions in alignment with delivery team requirements
Maintain visibility into onboarding pipelines and follow-ups with recruitment/delivery leads
Cross-Team Collaboration
Communicate updates clearly across departments (Sales, Finance, Recruiting, Delivery)
Coordinate internal escalations as directed by the Manager, Operations
Provide structured daily and weekly status updates on assigned tasks
Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an operational, administrative, or project coordination role
Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Comfortable working with time-sensitive tasks across multiple departments
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive and resourceful; able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with proposal formatting, resume editing, or client-facing documentation is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment
Work Hours and Engagement
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Fixed hours: Monday to Friday, aligned to Eastern Standard Time (9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST)
