Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and active Operational Supervisor to manage and monitor day-to-day production activities and act as a bridge between the CEO and factory workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and control labour activities on the production floor.
-Act as a communication bridge between management and labour staff.
-Monitor production parameters to ensure all presses and processes run according to plan.
-Verify that products are being produced as per order specifications, dimensions, and quality standards.
-Check attendance and maintain records of all labour staff daily.
-Prepare and submit monthly salary summaries for approval.
-Handle labour discipline, punctuality, and work efficiency on-site.
-Ensure smooth coordination between production, packing, and dispatch teams.
-Assist in implementing company SOPs and safety guidelines.
-Report daily progress and any production/labour issues directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
-Minimum Intermediate / DAE qualification (Mechanical / Industrial preferred).
-2–3 years of experience in factory operations or supervision (automotive or manufacturing preferred).
-Strong communication and leadership skills.
-Basic knowledge of Excel.
-Must be punctual, disciplined, and proactive in handling workforce challenges
Salary
40,000 basic
Further increment based on punctuality and performance.
