Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Operational Manager
to lead our branch. As a Operational Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets for auto, business, and home loans.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of loan officers and support staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
3. Operations:
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient loan processing and customer service.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Customer Service:
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 2.5+ years in banking, finance, or a related field
2. Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
