### *Job Title:* Onsite Coordinator (Procurement, Data Analysis & Secretariat Support) *Location:* 48/20 Quiad Block Bahria Town – Lahore, Pakistan *Working Hours:* Full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:05 PM (Saudi Time) *Experience Required:* 2–3 years --- ### *Job Summary* We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented *Onsite Coordinator* to support our *Procurement, Data Analysis, and Secretariat functions. The ideal candidate will manage procurement coordination, data reporting, ERP system updates, and administrative tasks while ensuring seamless communication between departments. This is a **full-time remote role* based in *Lahore, Pakistan, with reporting to the Head Office in **KSA*. --- ### *Key Responsibilities* #### *1. Procurement & Coordination* •⁠ ⁠Assist in procurement processes, including vendor follow-ups, documentation, and data entry. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to gather procurement requirements and ensure timely execution. #### *2. Data Analysis & Reporting* •⁠ ⁠Collect, compile, and analyze KPIs and operational metrics from various departments. •⁠ ⁠Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review. #### *3. Secretarial & Meeting Support* •⁠ ⁠Attend virtual meetings, document minutes, and track action items. •⁠ ⁠Maintain organized records of discussions, deadlines, and follow-ups. #### *4. ERP & System Management* •⁠ ⁠Update and manage ERP records with accurate procurement and operational data. •⁠ ⁠Generate system reports and ensure data integrity. #### *5. Documentation & Presentation* •⁠ ⁠Develop professional reports, Excel trackers, and PowerPoint presentations. •⁠ ⁠Summarize key insights to support management decision-making. --- ### *Qualifications & Skills* •⁠ ⁠*Bachelor’s degree* in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field. •⁠ ⁠*2–3 years* of experience in *procurement coordination, data analysis, or administrative support*. •⁠ ⁠*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * •⁠ ⁠*ERP experience* (procurement modules preferred). •⁠ ⁠*Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. * •⁠ ⁠*Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setup. * •⁠ ⁠*Fluent in English* (Arabic is a plus). --- ### *Additional Information* •⁠ ⁠*Full-time Onsite position* (must be available during *KSA working hours*). •⁠ ⁠Preference for candidates with *multinational or procurement-related experience*. *How to Apply:* Send your updated resume to 0/3/0/6/4/2/1/1/2/2/3 (WhatsApp preferred).
