Description
Lil’ Cubs, a kids’ clothing brand based in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, is looking for an active, confident, and motivated Online Sales Representative to join our team.
The role involves handling customer queries and generating sales through WhatsApp and social media platforms. This is a full-time, onsite job at our office in Lahore.
Salary & Benefits
* Basic Salary: Rs. 25,000 per month
* Commission: 2% on sales
* Total earning potential: Rs. 40,000–60,000 per month, depending on sales performance
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer queries on WhatsApp and social media.
* Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders.
* Follow up with potential customers to generate sales.
* Provide accurate product information, prices, sizes, and availability.
* Maintain good customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
* Stay active and responsive during working hours.
Job Requirements
* Must be active, energetic, and responsible.
* Good communication and customer-dealing skills.
* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and social media platforms.
* Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Must be comfortable working onsite and meeting sales targets.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
