Description
The 10 rupee note of Pakistan was first issued on September 1, 1951. The note is brown and has a crescent moon watermark and security thread. The front of the note shows the Shalimar Gardens in Lahore, while the back shows the tombs of renowned saints at Thatta in Sukkur. The note has two serial number sequences, one for the two lower denomination notes and one for the higher denomination notes.
