Description
We are seeking a Female Office Coordinator to manage daily administrative operations, technical documentation, and client correspondence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized records and ensuring smooth communication between our technical team and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Management: Prepare and format reports, handover letters, and technical manuals (using MS Word).
Data Entry: Maintain daily log sheets and project records for water treatment installations.
Client Communication: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email; coordinate schedules for site visits or maintenance.
Office Administration: Manage filing systems, office supplies, and basic accounts.
Translation Support: Assist in preparing or proofreading technical documents in both English and Urdu.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Matric’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills: Knows proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
Experience: Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, particularly in a technical or engineering-related field.
Attributes: Punctual, organized, and capable of working independently.
Work Details
Location: Harbanspura Road, Near Harbanspura Ring Road Interchange Lahore.
Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
