Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Staff member to provide administrative support and help maintain efficient day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will handle clerical tasks, support team members, and ensure a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional manner
Maintain and update records, databases, and office documents
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
Monitor and restock office supplies; coordinate with vendors when required
Assist with basic accounting, invoicing, and expense tracking
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Support managers and staff with clerical and operational tasks.

Full-time / Part-time office-based role.
