The Role:
As the Office Manager / Admin, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations and the graceful face of our front desk. This is a dynamic, multi-tasking role requiring a blend of administrative excellence, robust client relationship management, and the ability to confidently present our specialized products.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Operations: Manage general office administration to maintain a smooth, professional working environment.
Records Management: Systematically organize and maintain physical filing cabinets as well as digital records on the computer (cloud and local storage).
Front Desk & Client Relations: Gracefully handle incoming visitors, walk-in customers, and manage front desk inquiries.
Communication & Service: Answer incoming phone calls and execute proactive outbound calls to follow up with clients, handle customer service issues, and nurture long-term relationships.
Product Presentations: Craft visually polished PowerPoint presentations detailing our products and deliver them effectively to prospective clients and visitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Experience: 2 to 5 years in an office management, administration, front desk, or customer service role.
Presentation & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong public speaking and presentation attributes.
Technical Proficiency: High command over Microsoft Office, explicitly Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Professionalism: Highly presentable, polished demeanor with an inherent ability to handle customer relations gracefully.
Execution: A masterful multi-tasker who can stay organized under minimal supervision.
