A well-established pharmaceutical company is looking for a responsible and organised Female Office Manager for office and warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations and staff coordination
• Handle warehouse records, stock reports and documentation
• Coordinate with sales team and distributors
• Maintain invoices, reports and filing systems
• Ensure smooth communication between office and warehouse staff
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge required
Requirements: • Female candidate preferred
• Good communication and management skills
• Experience in office administration preferred
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or warehouse operations will be an advantage
• Must be responsible, punctual and hardworking
