Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dependable, punctual, and disciplined individual to assume the role of Office Boy within our call center operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment during night shift hours, while providing essential logistical and administrative support to operational staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure routine cleanliness and maintenance of office premises, including workstations, break areas, and restrooms.
Assist personnel with daily operational requirements, including document handling, refreshment services, and supply replenishment.
Manage incoming and outgoing parcels, maintain inventory records of office materials, and coordinate with approved vendors.
Adhere strictly to workplace hygiene, safety, and security protocols.
Execute additional administrative or logistical tasks as directed by the supervisory staff.
Eligibility & Preferences:
Formal educational qualifications are not mandatory; basic literacy and numerical proficiency are preferred.
Candidates must demonstrate reliability, integrity, and the capacity to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
Full availability for the designated night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) is required.
Locality Preference: Priority will be given to applicants residing in or near the following areas:
Airport Society, Lawyer Colony, Koral Chowk, Faisal Colony, Shah Khalid Colony, Ghouri Town, Khanna Pul, and surrounding vicinities. Proximity is strongly preferred due to shift timing and transportation logistics.
Residential accommodation will be provided to facilitate night shift operations.
