We are looking for a skilled and efficient Stenographer cum Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in shorthand, typing, and general office management tasks.
Responsibilities:
Take dictations and transcribe documents accurately
Manage daily office operations, filing, and correspondence
Handle phone calls, scheduling, and basic administrative support
Assist in maintaining records and preparing reports
Requirements:
Proficiency in and typing (minimum 50 wpm)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc. )
Strong communication and organizational skills
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory
