We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling and Managing Tasks related to Website Develpment using GoHighLevel.
Helping Our Content Creation Team to Create Content with the help of ChatGPT and Search Atlas.
Handle data entry, document preparation, and file organization.
Coordinate with internal team.
Manage documentation of our Law Firm.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Do Manage our Youtube Channels.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Office Assistant / Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong internet connection and reliable computer.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fresh Graduate.
Basic Knowledge of Office Applications.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Full Time Night Position - 9PM to 6AM
