Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative and office tasks.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document dispatch.
Support different departments with routine administrative work.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies inventory and report replenishment needs.
Assist in arranging meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and providing administrative support.
Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Intermediate, Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in an office administration or assistant role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
